1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB) via the online shop operated by

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with E. Tremmel Marketing GmbH.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the button “Buy now”, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods.

Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent automatically by email and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is concluded only when we expressly confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices stated in the online shop include statutory VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer within the European Union.

Delivery times are stated in the online shop. If no delivery time is specified, delivery will take place within a maximum of 7 business days after conclusion of the contract.

If a product is not available, we will inform you without undue delay. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Statutory Warranty Rights

Statutory warranty rights apply.

We shall be liable without limitation:

• in cases of intent or gross negligence

• for injury to life, body or health

• under the Product Liability Act

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

10. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.
We have no influence over their content and therefore assume no liability for external content.

11. Intellectual Property

All content of this online shop (texts, images, graphics, logos) is protected by copyright law.
Any use without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Online Dispute Resolution

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
