Shipping Policy (EU / Germany)

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the European Union only.

If delivery to certain countries or regions is excluded, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Germany or another location within the European Union.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within the EU usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Any applicable shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where available, this email will include a tracking number.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• shipping carriers

• customs processing (if applicable)

• force majeure events or circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, delivery times may be extended accordingly.

8. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery of the goods.

9. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

• note the damage with the carrier upon delivery, and

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

11. Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to:

• incorrect address

• failed delivery attempts

• refusal of acceptance

we reserve the right to deduct any additional shipping costs incurred from the refund amount.
